Broker time is needed by the code that features PivotsTz and vLines.  When info feed      is Reside the broker time is obtainable.  When information feed is not Dwell It's not at all accessible.      The purpose of this "Preface" section is to discover and enter the Clock spot that has      the same time since the broker server
